    dc.descriptionPlan International Ethiopia (PIE), in collaboration with Mothers and Children, Multispectral Development Organization (MCMDO) was worked to improve the lives of Ethiopian women and children. The project used an Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Centers method to undertake a project called "Community-Led Action for Children" (CLAC). The initiative was implemented in ten high-poverty neighborhoods in Addis Ababa's Yeka’s Sub City in Woreda 12 and 14. At the end of June 2019, the project's implementation was completed. Consultants were hired by PIE to conduct the project's final review. In October 2019, the selected consultants conducted a field assessment and delivered this evaluation report on assessing the project's success in terms of the established objectives and outcomes, as well as chronicle the lessons learned limitations, and obstacles faced, and give recommendations for better future project design and implementation.en_US
