Abstract:	The CCC guidelines are intended to inform, guide and streamline the contribution of stakeholders in the establishment and operation of Child Care Centers under Ethiopia’s Urban Productive Safety Net Program (UPSNP), hereafter referred to as CCCs.
Description:	It opens with a concise statement that serves as a reason for and guide for the section's contents. The declaration is based on an assessment of scientific facts, as well as national and international best practices, such as the Nurturing Care Framework. Following each guiding statement comes a list of prescriptions. The described methods under a provision try to operationalize the provision while taking into account the Ethiopian context in general and the reality of UPSNP in particular. However, improving method customization for the diverse UPSNP environment will continue to be a question of continued learning for UPSNP stakeholders.
