| Description: | This booklet - Booklet One - is designed to assist decision makers at the federal, regional, local and woreda levels in implementing and creating CCC in UPSNP woredas. More precisely, it offers benchmarks against which CCCs can be evaluated and informs decision-making regarding possible actions to improve CCC quality. |
