Description: | The importance of monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) to the organization is articulated in this policy, which defines each of the four components and illustrates Plan International's methodology. It goes hand in hand with the Programme and Influence Quality Policy (PIQP) and the Programme and Influence Approach (PIPA) (PIA). This policy is backed up by a set of worldwide MERL Standards that spell out Plan International's quality requirements for each MERL component. |
