    Abstract: to help children know the different ways of handing strong emotions and techniques of calming themselves down when they get angry.
    Description: The audio teaches children about steps of controlling emotions. These steps include, step one stopping everything and focus on the situation that troubles children. The second step is naming the feeling. The final step is finding strategies that make us calm dawn. These strategies include taking a deep breath, taking a walk, counting numbers, and others. The contents of the audio are presented through a drama from using a lead character, Mama Mango, and children. This audio uses games, stories and songs to help children understand the importance of using different strategies to control their emotions. The audio plays for 10:38 minutes.
