| Description: | The purpose of the story book is to tell stories to preschool children in order to reinforce what they have learned that week. The story's major concern should be the contents that children were learned, so that they might be enhanced even more by recounting the story to children. The technique begins with the teacher informing the children that the teacher will tell them a story, and the children are instructed to pay close attention to the story. The teacher will ask the children to identify people, animals, materials, and other items mentioned in the story at the end of the story. |
