dc.description	This strategy plan, announced in 2016 (Amharic), responds to global and national trends such as increased urbanization, developing population disparities, quickly growing young populations, and an increase in the number of Ethiopian youths without parental care. Additionally, this strategy addresses funders' growing desire for evidence of aid's durability and effectiveness. As a result, the organization's transparency and accountability have increased, and reports now include explicit, quantitative targets and outcomes.	en_US
