    dc.descriptionThe audio teaches children about strong emotions and situations that makes them angry. They audio primarily focused on helping children understand different strategies they can use to calm themselves down when they get angry. The strategies include singing songs, counting numbers, drawing pictures, walk away from the situation to a silent place, taking a walk, and doing some physical exercises. The contents of the audio are presented through a drama from using a lead character, Mama Mango, and children. This audio uses games, stories and songs to help children understand the importance of using different strategies to control their emotions. The audio plays for 11 minutes.en_US
