Description: This policy framework is developed by MoE, MoH, and MoWA in 2010. It is believed that the success of ECCE in Ethiopia will be depending on cooperation between stakeholders like education, health, and women affairs. Consequently, the policy framework provide a coordination mechanism and explicitly defines the role of parents, communities, various government ministries, development partners, and other stakeholders in the provision of ECCE services.
