It is believed that the success of ECCE in Ethiopia will be depending on cooperation between stakeholders like education, health, and women affairs. Consequently, the policy framework provide a coordination mechanism and explicitly defines the role of parents, communities, various government ministries, development partners, and other stakeholders in the provision of ECCE services. |
