    dc.descriptionThe training was developed with a flexible format. Facilitators may select modules and sessions within a module according to need and time. Whatever the case is, ECD trainer/mentors should visit classrooms between after training sessions and use their observations to inform further trainings and professional development. Each teaching session is designed with an easy to use format. Facilitators can quickly identify the title, time, purpose and materials required. Each activity has five or six steps that are easy to follow and implement. The Tools and Resources section provides At-A-Glance technical information for the presenter or the tool that will be used or developed in the activity.en_US
